But I would frame a 1 foot square to show unbelieving guests. Paint; call Benjamin and tell him to stock up as this apartment hasn't seen any since 1972. Appliances; you're going to have to get rid of the 2 left. Lights; every single light fixture is chuck worthy. Window coverings; not a chance of saving them. What's good about the apartment you might ask? Well now, it's priced at least $200,000 under other penthouse apartments that have sold recently. Look them up. This apartment is bargain priced. Space wise, where can you find an apartment over 1100 sq ft with the potential for 3 bedrooms or 2 plus a fantastic office/den for the prize of a one bedroom apartment? Not close by. Thunder Bay? If you want something that needs a little paint and freshening up, then stay well away from this one.
